By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and expressly accepts these terms of sale without reservation. These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between THE SELLER and the customer.
Photographs and/or drawings illustrating products are not part of the contractual scope unless specifically mentioned on the product page. The customer agrees not to reproduce, copy, give away, resell, or offer for commercial purposes any products purchased on this site. Any reproduction for commercial purposes constitutes counterfeiting and will be prosecuted.
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. THE SELLER confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale is only concluded upon order confirmation. THE SELLER reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists regarding payment of a previous order.
After order confirmation, THE SELLER commits to delivering all ordered items by providing a DOWNLOAD LINK or access to a private member area, within a maximum of 48 business hours from the email confirming receipt of the order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The customer has a period of 7 clear days (from the date of receipt) to form an opinion of the ordered product, after which they may request a refund by email. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, THE SELLER is obligated to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.
Prices are expressed in euros. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes product costs, handling, packaging, preservation, transport, and setup fees.
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by THE SELLER. Product prices are payable in full on the day of the effective order. Payment can be made by CB bank card, bank check or postal order (France only), or by Paypal transfer.
This contract is subject to French law. THE SELLER cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature that may result from malfunction or misuse of the products/services marketed. In case of difficulties, the buyer may seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
THE SELLER's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question. In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee against eviction and hidden defects (Art. 1625 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertes" law, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete personal data. THE SELLER commits not to share customer information with third parties.
